Charlotte (Charlotte Endymion) Porter

Charlotte Endymion Porter (1857–1942) was an American editor, scholar, and literary critic active in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. She is best known for co-founding and editing the influential literary journal *Poet Lore* and for her scholarly editions of the works of Shakespeare and Robert and Elizabeth Barrett Browning.
