Eleanore Fagan

Eleanora Fagan was the birth name of Billie Holiday, the American jazz singer of the early-to-mid 20th century, known primarily for her singing rather than writing. Her name appears on the 1956 autobiography *Lady Sings the Blues*, co-authored with journalist William Dufty. Note: "Eleanore Fagan" reads as a variant of Eleanora Fagan, so I wrote about the person rather than returning UNKNOWN.
