Mattias (Mathias) Salamnius was a 17th-century Finnish clergyman and poet. He is best known for "Ilo-Laulu Jesuxesta," a rhymed narrative poem on the life of Jesus, regarded as one of the earliest notable works of Finnish-language poetry.
