M. T. H. (Michael Theophile Hubert) Perelaer

M. T. H. Perelaer was a 19th-century Dutch author and colonial military officer who wrote extensively about the Dutch East Indies. He is best known for his fiction and non-fiction dealing with colonial society, including work critical of the opium trade.
