In 1964, the Executive Committee of the Aviation Section of the Soviet National Association of Historians of Natural Science and Technology commenced publication of the thematic collections entitled "Pages from the History of Aviation and Cosmonautics", in which papers presented at the Sessions of the Section will be published. These collections will be published by the All-Union Institute of Scientific and Technological Information (VINITl) in sepa­ rate issues. The papers will be published by the offset printing method, together with news items, on the work of the Section and i t s groups. This publication is designed for specialists in the field of aviation and rocket technology, and for the general public interested in the history of aviation and cosmonautics.
