Cyrano de Bergerac

Cyrano de Bergerac was a 17th-century French writer known for his satirical and philosophical works. He is especially remembered for his science-fiction-like tales depicting voyages to the Moon and Sun, and later became the subject of a famous play by Edmond Rostand.
