George Gilbert, Sir Scott

Sir George Gilbert Scott (1811–1878) was an English architect prominent during the Victorian era, best known as a leading figure of the Gothic Revival movement. He designed and restored numerous churches, cathedrals, and public buildings, including the Midland Grand Hotel at St Pancras and the Albert Memorial.
